Thanks, IAYA. FOr being so supportive. Actually I once asked about this kind
of thing in WORKING board and no one cared to answer me. Being a mom who needs
to balance between kids and outside world, it is actually a great idea to
share how we balance life/work and work things out with LGs etc..
